Sam Rogers helps organizations move from AI promise to AI practice, without breaking the business.
He brings 20+ years of experience leading complex change across learning, HR technology, IT, operations, and program management. His work focuses on turning intent into durable workflows: clear operating models, fit-for-purpose governance, practical enablement, and rollouts that survive real-world constraints.
Sam is an ATD-certified facilitator for Applying AI in Learning and Development, and he’s known for making complicated topics usable fast. When the work is messy, cross-functional, or politically fragile, he brings a systems-level lens and a human-first approach that keeps teams aligned and moving.
Before Snap Synapse, Sam built a career in media production and performance, touring internationally as a writer, director, producer, performer, and educator. That background shows up in his facilitation style: strong structure, clear pacing, and an obsession with making ideas land.
He is also the author of Just Do The Thing: A Guide, an empathetic and actionably blunt handbook for strategic productivity and simplicity.
Sam also founded PAICE.work, a separate company that emerged from years of delivery work revealing the same gap: AI collaboration is rarely measurable, teachable, or governable at the pace of work.
